Susan Cobb Singleton is an Elder Law Attorney; and formerly served as an Associate Probate Judge in Greenville, South Carolina. During her judgeship, Ms. Singleton saw a need for caring, compassionate elder law attorney advocates to equip families in preparing for life's major events. Seeking to meet this need, Ms. Singleton returned to private practice, where she is devoted solely to assisting seniors and the adult children of seniors with learning, "How to Pay, How to Play, and How to Protect, their Loved Ones." Ms. Singleton is passionate about educating persons about advanced directives, Wills, estate planning, Medicaid eligibility, capacity, and other unique senior issues. Her firm provides the information, advice, and documents needed, so that persons can make informed decisions to carry out their dreams for the future and ensure that the "golden years" are a time when seniors can have as much personal and financial freedom, and the highest quality standard of life possible. Ms. Singleton is a teaching attorney, who frequently leads a grief bible study which she co-authored and published entitled, Grief Rite: Moving From Mourning Into Ministering, which is available online at Amazon books.
